Welcome to our family practice

Welcome to our practice! Dr. Michael Clements and Dr. Finola Lynch will support you and your family’s health at every stage. Whether you’re looking for a general health check-up, help managing a chronic condition, or need guidance on preventive care and wellness, we’re here for you with a holistic, compassionate approach.

If you have several problems when you visit us, please let us know at the start of the appointment so we can prioritize  medically-urgent issues.

Our standard appointment is 10 minutes, so we may only be able to deal with one problem per appointment. However we understand that unexpected health issues crop up, and we’ll ensure you get the tests and followup you need through additional appointments.
